What is collected and why?
The contact form may collect your:
- First name
- Email address or telephone number
- Preferred language, contact method and general availability
- Short introductory message
- Confirmations about your age and the nature of the service
This information is used only to review your request, contact you and arrange a conversation. It will not be sold or used for advertising.
Do not include medical records or detailed medical information.
Who may process or receive it?
Information may be processed by Netlify, Nikki's email provider and any communication service you choose to use, such as WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom.
Your information will not normally be shared with anyone else. Nikki may share relevant information if you ask her to, if someone appears to be in immediate danger, where there is a serious safeguarding concern, or where disclosure is required by law.
How long is it kept?
Contact-form submissions and related correspondence will normally be deleted within 90 days after the final contact, unless there is a clear safety or legal reason to retain them. Nikki does not keep clinical files or long-term case notes.
Security, recordings and cookies
Reasonable security measures will be used, including secure passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Nikki does not record telephone, WhatsApp or video conversations.
The website is designed without advertising trackers, marketing pixels or unnecessary analytics. The hosting provider may process essential technical data to operate and secure the site.
Your choices
